In the present times in India there has a viable misbalance on the topic of 'triple talaq' among the masses of the nation. Muslim women have been exploited for a brief period of time by the prejudice named triple talaq in India . India been a secular country does not interfere in the personals law of any religion due to which the uniform civil code cannot be established in India. The Supreme Court judgment in triple talaq case has interfered in the personal laws of the Islam religion. Due to this, the conflict is rising between the rights of women and the freedom of religion.
