ABSTRACT:

Today’s medical imaging systems produce a huge amount of images containing a wealth of information. However, the information is hidden in the data and image analysis algorithms are needed to extract it, to make it readily available for medical decisions and to enable an efficient work flow. In case of trauma, brain injuries can be a fatal. Hence, we proposed new algorithm to identify brain blood clots, tumors and other brain trauma conditions. Deep learning is a specific subfield of machine learning. This paper presents the CNN methodology for brain tumor segmentation.
