ABSTRACT

Physical Education is very essential for the properdevelopment of our personality. It is practiced in every context. It isrequired for the relatives, family and groups in the community. It is atremendous art to practice health education in the hospitals and health centersand in the rural and urban community an informal atmosphere id highly essentialfor the individual or group.
