1. INTRODUCTION
The present time is called data and communication time as number of studies is done with respect to the collection, processing and transferring data (Bahman, 1991). Planning and control are not detachable. To accomplish the planning and control process in every organization, different information ought to be gathered from inside and outside of the organization and be moved to the system doing data processing via communication channel. The data processing ought to be as a system can introduce the fundamental, convenient and sufficient data for decision making and present to the managers. As having pointless data leads into the drenching of the manager in data and his confound and continuation of the activities to bothers the organization, incomplete data aggravates the planning, control and decision making and makes it ineffectual as experimentally and for all intents and purposes. The present management in experiencing the complexities of the choices found that the manual unimportant systems dependent on the significance given to the above data can't give the required information and present them at fitting time. A large portion of the managers are looked with information or a great deal of data encounters with no impact for them in decision making, planning, sorting out and right control in the organization. The gap between the data systems and differed organizational structures to be specific in organizations are another fundamental issue driving into the data weakness. As any adjustment in organization structure made a few changes in the occupations, duties, control, the executive‘s pecking order, and so forth and the progressions made the new data or needs as the current data fixed systems don't have the required data and the required changes ought to be made for them. The key factors cause that the organizations are looked with issues of the data emergency yet at times they know nothing about this issue. The end of the referenced issues and giving the management access to the required, total, adaptable data relies on giving a total arrangement of the systems and instruments and the system is known as the management data (Gordon& Olson, 1985).
2. LITERATURE REVIEW
Over the ongoing years, there has likewise been an expanded utilization of robotized Management Information Systems. To a huge degree, these computerized systems have massively changed the decision making process in a positive manner .UStudy.in. (2010). It is thus that there has been a restricted improvement in decision making dependent on the fitting of practical data. A real to life method for unraveling this test is given later in this paper under proposals. (Rhodes, 2010). Utilizing computerized MIS, organizations never again need to depend on 24-hour managements from laborers. Rather, the machines can be
In decision making since managers are eased of settling on certain choices particularly the specialized ones which can be best translated and tackled by the robotized system. As a preventative point, organizations ought not so much depend on computerized systems - particularly when the choices to be made have unfriendly ramifications to the organization. This depends on the supposed perception that auto systems may at times be flawed and hence require visit intermittent observing (Demetrius, 1996)
3. FUNCTIONAL AREAS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION SYSTEM
The Role of Management Information Systems; Two primary jobs are played by the decision making of the directors. First it causes the managers to take choice dependent on the data being readied. Second when the decision making and choices are fixed and just the information change, it is as an appropriate rehashing to help various kinds of chief's choices. It implies that MIS is the device that as the authoritative data source gives the required data of the administrators and settles on them arranged for their decision making. The directors use MIS as an apparatus to characterize the issues being confronted. As MIS encourages the directors to comprehend the issues and discover the arrangements (Shafiie, 2005; Mcleoo, 1998). Job of MIS in Improving decision making Preliminarily, it is inalienable to express that decision making is an indispensable piece of any business (The neurotic, n.d.). This is on the grounds that a larger part of activities in an organization rotate around choices made by the management and other key partners in the organization. Furthermore, with the end goal for choice to be made enough, it is crucial for there to be a decent data system since choices depend on data accessible. In relations to this Jahangir (2005) states that dependent on the noteworthy job that data plays in decision of choice to be made, organizations must guarantee that they have a decent management data system. As a striking general perception, a great MIS guarantees great decision making just similarly awful MIS drive the creation of awful choices. UStudy.in (2010) underpins the above perception by saying that "The nature of administrative decision making depends straightforwardly on the nature of accessible data" and the administrators ought to thusly develop a domain that supports the development and practical growing of value data. Basically, before settling on which MIS procedure to utilize, guarantee that the decision made is completely perfect with your present system. This generally squandered by that individual (Jahangir, 2005& Rhodes, 2010). Notwithstanding that, it is critical for the MIS system or device used to be in accordance with the choices that are to be made. At the end of the day, there ought to be an interfacing point between the choice to be made and the MIS to be utilized by individual or corporate entrepreneurs (Jarboe, 2005).As a key thought, Management Information Systems is an exceptionally intricate and fragile field that requires a great deal of alert to be taken by its managers. It is thus that it is recommendable for organizations to guarantee that they cautiously select the people who are set to control the systems. The more wary and expert an individual is, the better the individual gets a confirmation of inspirational prospects of in MIS with respect to decision making and other related territories of business (Lingham, 2006). In the first place, MIS gives a fitting stage to great decision making (Kumar, 2006). Basically, without the built up systems of getting data in MIS, it would be amazingly hard for organizations to settle on their choices. This is on the grounds that they would be compelled to making outlandish data because of the absence of affirmed data. In addition, MIS regularly establishes a firm system for the foundation of solid choices through its orderly apparatuses, auspicious data and satisfactory administrative arrangements and guidelines. Besides, Management data Systems' resolutions seeing organizations go about as rules to entrepreneurs when settling on basic choices about their organizations. Therefore, directors and key managers are harnessed from violating their limits or surpassing their business order. This is vital as it helps in keeping organizations checked and adjusted in this way guaranteeing just demonstrated choices are considered while the untried ones are defeated. All the more significantly, the ability to manage decision making encourages progress and improvement of the tasks in an organization (Lingham, 2006). Moreover, most MIS projects are blessed with the ability to give ongoing updates of the events in organization or system. By constant, researchers basically allude to quick updates of events in a system. These prompt updates help troughs to accept vital activities when is regarded fitting particularly during the disclosure and the executives of emergencies. This enlarges progress and improvement in organization activities through opportune decision making. This is significant for organizations in the cutting edge age where any Allen, Heurtebise and Turnbull (2010): In any case, Management data systems are essential improving organization protections .For instance, in numerous occasions; most management data systems can be effectively customized by the proprietor to direct certain activities at specific occasions. Essentially, administrators can program the system to play out certain standard checks which can help in improving productivity of an organization through simple revelation of bugs or issues. Moreover, the programmability of most MIS spares a great deal of extremely valuable time and assets for proprietors. As it were, through programmability, business managers can program the systems to naturally find certain insufficiencies and even settle them. Thusly, the chief or system administrator can utilize the time and assets he/she would have utilized in checking or fixing issues for other key employments. By routinely programming a Management Information System, the business will undoubtedly gain positive ground since time and assets can be effectively diverted into legitimate business ways .Davenport& Short (1990).
CONCLUSION
The utilization of data technology is fundamental in the business for reducing the risk and this industry should be furnished with IT so as to remain competitive. In such manner, recognizing the functional areas of business data system to the utilization of IT in the business can give incredible opportunities to improving its presentation and help to develop appropriate strategies.
