ABSTRACT
With this expanding industrialization and education, employment open doors for ladies have likewise expanded. Just when an employer has a positive Work Life Balance (WLB), can be profitable and give the best to association. Thus businesses are working out plans which can pull in just as hold their employees. Because of expanding economic conditions, it has turned into a need that both husband and spouse need to work to have a typical life. In this quickly developing and focused world, as each conceivable open door for employment is expanded, the associations need to make an amicable atmosphere where employees can balance their expert and personal life. Today, work is broadly seen as a wellspring of personal fulfillment. A decent balance in work and life can assume an exceptional job in the achievement of personal and expert objectives. Work-life 'imbalance' has over some stretch of time pulled in concern due to expanding issues identified with employee health, monotony at workplace, declining levels of profitability and proficiency at the employee level. We see that there is a changing role of Women in the Society. There are working in many organizations, some have become Entrepreneurs and stuff. In this Research we are try to find out the main motive of Work Life Balance and its impact on Women working Public and Private sectors and their determinants.

I. INTRODUCTION
In today‘s world, digitalization has been a revolution to access the globe. Unimaginable swift and speed have become the other name of digital growth in all spheres. Including all nations of the world, India is also a part of that revolution and witnessed a magnificent development in the realm of Information Technology. Most importantly, such development has opened a huge number of jobs including new types of professions full of challenges. From Indian job scene perspective, women preferred to indulge themselves in some socially convenient jobs such as being teachers, nursing staffs, banking employees etc. but in this decade, Indian women are seen to take part in the Information Technology transformation as much as their male peers. The situation has become marvelous to provide a huge number of the staffs; especially the learning/novice staffs are giving their best in terms of dedication and time. Consequently, they also believe that maintaining the work-life balance is tough [1]. The Twenty-first-century females are more courageous and fierce to leave their copy little world and take challenges of the outer world. Conventional rigidity and obstacles are broken by them [2]. With their courage and skill, they have developed and become the procuring people of society. As a working professional, a woman has to perform her duties while at her home, she‘s also the centre and plays various roles of daughter, spouse and mother. However, it‘s a fact that Indian society is predominantly patriarchal and it poses hurdles for the working women‘ the question revolves around the query if they are ready to maintain their work-life balance. It‘s necessary to formulate and circulate discoveries of studies for the private and public governing bodies to define schemes as well as systems for maintaining a healthy work-life balance among working females.
II. WORK-LIFE BALANCE
The term "Work-Life Balance" was coined during 1986 but the actual use on a daily basis wasn‘t highly unmistakable across the years. In recent times, the importance of the female workforce has been increased and they are considered valuable assets to add organizational accomplishment. The general idea/traditional thinking of women to do the house chores and men to be the breadwinners has changed as well. Apart from dedicating oneself to domestic responsibilities and rearing kids, women are now the breadwinners for their family just like the men in various job sectors. No sphere is there where women are not shaping the future, whether it‘s medicine, science and technology, literature, sports, corporate affairs and management. Women are ready to take challenges from every corner. People require being able to get satisfaction from their work, a healthy lifestyle, balanced professional life, occupational growth, wellbeing, logical childcare and eldercare system, academic excellence, good payment as well as time to enjoy with friends and family members, travel and do extracurricular activities. A working mother implies to be an institution that needs to have a good career for being financially independent to support her family and kids‘ development. A profession is important as it is and often are blamed by either family members or friends. From Indian financial perspectives like job scopes and dedicated national payment, Private as well as Public sectors are vital elements. In the Public sectors, companies are claimed, controlled and operated by the State to cultivate profits for the overall social growth. On the other hand, Private sectors companies are possessed by private business organizations and are not controlled by the government. Proprietary profit is the main theme. Different types of workplace ambience, timings, and functional categories and so on need a balanced work-life for the staffs. The staffs working in Public or government sectors have a huge amount of scheduled or fixed working style, although, in the Private sectors, the operational pattern is more dynamic and professional duties are based on the demands of the companies. Private sector works have work pressure, are more or less rigid with little flexibility. But in the case of Public sectors, compliment based work need less pressure, thus allowing a higher degree of flexibility. The profit margins in public sector undertakings are less whereas the office ambience is loose. As it provides a number of jobs, there are enough resources for being available. Contrarily, Private organizations have greater profit margins with tight office ambience as the motive is to harbour more profit by crossing several hurdles and beating rivals [6].
IV. WOMEN EMPLOYMENT IN INDIA
In recent times, the job patterns of the country, especially the course of women jobs have been talked about in the research world. Women‘s participation as an efficient workforce across the globe must not be neglected. Although women constitute half of the population in the world, they are not given equal value or status socially, financially or politically as compared to men. Women, since a long time, have been abused, ill-treated and even such tyrannical situation is present in many places. An inequity in payment is a common picture in most of the industries despite working with the same integrity as a man. Around 3/4th remuneration is offered to the women working in various spheres other than agriculture and farming. When it comes to India, gender inequality is more intense. Both the public and private sectors have to pay attention to this serious issue. The condition of women empowerment and jobs is a grave concern for a long time due to its inherent connection with women empowerment [7]. As per a citation, given by The Economic Survey, for the financial year 2017-18 from a survey done by the Organization of Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), the intensity of working Force Participation (FLFP) in this decade. In the Indian context, other depressing statistics showed that the gender hole/gap in Labor Force Participation Rate (LFPR) has exceeded 50 rates.
V. WOMEN EMPLOYEES AND WORK LIFE CONFLICT
