The CBI (Central Bureau of Investigation) was first imagined in 1941 as the Special Police Establishment by the then Government of India as per CBI Constitution. CBI is an agency of Central Government that has wide scope of investigating regions and powers. It was framed with an objective to check corruption and other crimes in the country and so it will keep up a spotless picture of itself.
