ABSTRACT

The Present study is an attempt to articulate, explain and examine the concepts of state in politics used by an ongoing tradition of enquiry of State System and Moral Values of Indian Political Philosophy the founder and political guru Raja guru or Royal priest of Vijayanagar dynasty and PIOS guru of Hakka and Bukka Of Indian political philosophy and the academia of Indian political science. A similar work with regard to the realization of the historical evaluation of the western political thought from Socrates and Aristotle to Machiavelli, Hobbes and Rousseau’s and to marks and Lenin by Dunning, Catlin, Hearn haw and others Hence the academia research scholars of philosophy and political thought have a much needed awareness and research of Indian political philosophers.

INTRODUCTION

Political philosophy is the study of human social organization. It deals with the nature of people in the society. Political philosophy tries to present the consequences in relation to the fundamental cosmological, ontological and epistemological issues. They articulate the views of human nature (Arora and Awasthy, 2007. Gandhi, 1975. Rathnam, 1991. Kamath, 2007). This helps in linking the cosmological with the political. Political philosophy investigates political implications of particular argument (Satyanarayana, 2010. Gandhi, 2009. M. K. 2009. Sharma and Sharma, 2000. Vide Historical Introduction) It strives to make the sense of what we do and what prescribes and what we ought to do. Political philosophy seeks a rationale for politics and public administration, which examines the practice of governance.

REVIEW OF LITERATURE:

Politics is the organized dispute about power and its use, involving choice among the competing values, ideas, persons, interests and demands. Political power means the capacity to regulate national life through genuinely elected national representatives (Vide, 2013. Vide „Sources of Vijayanagar History.‟ Vide, 2009). The term politics was used for first time by Aristotle in a broader sense so as to cover the ideal polis (the city- state), the structure of family, the control of slaves and property, causes and prevention of revolutions, forms of government and education etc. It implies that politics act as a peacemaker by offering solution to conflicts and also to the parties. It is a continuous process of development by which certain groups make decisions and maintain the state activities (Vide, 2005. Vide, 1980. Vide, 1989). Politics is the means to create a more organized and peaceful society, by providing methods to resolve the conflicts that naturally occurs among men, by means of civil discussion and rational compromise. They opinion that Gita had Universal Respect and its shows the path of life that should be adapted by a man by a properly harmonizing Knowledge, karma and devotion. When someone studies philosophy they want to understand how and why people do certain things and how to live a good life In other words. They want to know the meaning of life. Add the suffixed to philosophy you get a word for someone whose job it is to think these big thoughts.

MEANING OF POLITICAL PHILOSOPHY:

Philosophy is applied to the politics is called as political philosophy suggests that the political Philosophy is the Study of Fundamental Questions about the state , Government , Politics, Liberty, Justice and the enforcement of legal code by authority. Political Philosophy is the engine to the country or a nation as the vehicle, any vehicle is a meaningless without engine. Today in the modern world the prosperity, growth and development of the country is impossible without strength of a suitable political philosophy. It is ethics apply to a group of people, and discuss how a society should be setup and how one should act within a society. Individual rights (such as right to life, liberty, property, the pursuit of happiness, free speech, self-defence, etc) state explicitly the requirements for a person to benefit rather than suffer from living in society political philosophy asks questions like. “What is a Government? “Why are governments needed? “What makes a Government legitimate? “What rights and freedoms should a government protect? “What duties do citizen one to a legitimate government? And when many a government be legitimately overthrown, if ever/ political Philosophy prevents from degenerating into a ruthless device for acquiring power its own sake in spite of its emphasis and the need to the consolidate political power.

SCOPE OF THE STUDY:

The major Scope of the Study the Research on “A COMPARATIVE STUDY ON THE STATE SYSTEM AND MORAL VALUES OF INDIAN POLITICAL PHILOSOPHY”. Are as Follows this study focus on the State System and Moral values of political Philosophy in general and Vidyaranya contribution towards building and maintance of state system in particular. The scope of the study is vital to the Research scholars and academia and the society the subject Matter on the State system is highly essential to the Administrators and revenue officials as to comply the effective administration. The contribution of Sri Vidyaranya to the political Philosophy is boon to the global political System is useful through this Research work. The Research work: State System and Moral values of political Philosophy in general and Vidyaranya is highly useful to the present today rollers in terms of central and State Governments.  To focus certain codes of conduct that is followed as faith, dogma, Heritage, customs, Traditions and believes Systems  To traces of political thought found in Ancient Philosophy and various Schools of thought require Revisiting and reinterpretation every once in a while replenish the source of our collective wisdom To elucidate the systematic political thinking with Reference to the Political Science in general

OBJECTIVES OF THE STUDY:

An objective of the Study is the main Focus and Outcome of the Study which is also otherwise called as Preview of findings and suggestions of the Study. Objectives are the generics of Questioners for the Study. The Topic entitled “A COMPARATIVE STUDY ON THE STATE SYSTEM AND MORAL VALUES OF INDIAN POLITICAL PHILOSOPHY “is a Mixture of Studying Ancient Indian Political Philosophy And medieval India Political Philosophy. The main Objectives of the study has been Deiced as Four Objectives of the Study As follows:  To High the moral values of Indian Philosophy and its magnificence.  Comparison between State System and Moral Values of Indian Political Philosophy  To focus the Relevance of contribution of Indian Political Philosophy  To focus the Contribution of political Ideas of Indian Political and their Relevance.

HYPOTHESES OF THE STUDY:

Consequently, the following hypothesis will be invented: H1: There is relationship between State System and Moral Values of Indian Political Philosophy. H2: A key aspect of the Contribution of political Ideas of Indian Political Philosophy and their Relevance.

RESEARCH METHODOLOGY:

Research methodology is a way to systematically solve the research problem. Moral Values of Indian Political Philosophy.  Research design: This study will cover title of the study, significance of the study, aims and objectives of the study, research hypothesis and research design. This research has designed based upon descriptive study as it aims to identify and elaborate the State System and Moral Values of Indian Political Philosophy.  Secondary Data: Secondary Data is nothing but seconded data which has already used for some other research purpose is called as secondary Data secondary data may be a printed material taped material both audio and video , Micro documents paper presentation Audited reports etc, where the secondary data is the topic denote Historical background we have to analyze historical note by different foreign historians foreign visitors Archeological survey reports were called secondary Data for our study.

CONCLUSION:

Indian political Thoughts is not alone a mere simple political thought but it is well nurtured with the water of Vedas, Mahakavyas and the experience of the old sages such as Vaalmeeki vishwamitra Agasthiar etc. they are several studies were carried out to trace out the art culture, History and political Philosophy of State System and Moral Values of Indian Political. All these are old and time out of fashions about the entire political System of Indian Political during the old age low it can be utilized in the modern age political and administrative circumstances. Present study the life and inner qualities of a king maker, patron royal Priest (Raja guru) sage, eminent comparison and Philosopher, mentor to the royal personalities. The purpose of this brief research work is to introduce State System and Moral Values of Indian Political Philosophy Ideological to the non-political philosophy Scholars.
