Phase I
In phase I, a sample of judo players was drawn from among the players who lost in any round under any of eight weight classifications in 95 Madhya Pradesh college between school judo title held at post graduate focus Shimla-5 from 1®' September to 3'"'^ September 2005. There were a sum of eight weight classifications for which the title was held. Table 1 presents the number of players who represented under different weight categories.
