Abstract

Investment decision-making is a complex process influenced by various psychological factors that shape an investor's behavior and financial choices. This review explores the relationship between psychological well-being and investment decision-making, focusing on how emotional, cognitive, and behavioral factors impact investors' ability to make sound financial decisions. Illustration from existing literature, the study examines the role of psychological attributes such as risk tolerance, stress levels, optimism, and cognitive biases in shaping investment outcomes. The review emphasizes the need for financial advisors and policymakers to consider psychological well-being as a critical factor in investor education and support programs.
