Abstract

Social media is one of many new forms of instantaneous online communication that have emerged in recent years as a result of developments in communication technology, innovations, and the dynamics of many forms of communication. Survey questionnaires, a typical method of data collecting in research, were used to compile the main data for this study. The major goal of this study is to determine the extent to which social media marketing affects customers' tendency to make online purchases. The results indicate that social media marketing influences customers' inclination to shop online.
