In this paper, a short outline of the heuristic methods, single-stage optimization methods, time-phased optimization methods, artificial intelligence (AI) techniques and iterative improvement methods are introduced. At long last, a portion of the significant attributes of network programming methods and their qualities and shortcomings are recognized and thought about.
