Abstract

Amish use of myth as his novels' key theme, these cannot be overlooked. These theories are in a way an important part of the novels. Some of the main characters are gods and others are super human beings. Lord Ram is God in Shivas Trilogy, although he is not an active character but is told to the reader several times of his presence and influence. The other legendary male characters are Shiva, Brahaspati, Parashuram, Rudra, Daksha, etc. Just a few characters can be addressed due to job limitations.
