Abstract

In an electrical power system, there are energy losses in each stage of generation, transmission and distribution[1]. This has multiple effects, such as economical loss, environmental pollution, more chances of accidents due to melting of conductors, etc.It is the need of the hour to conserve energy. This is required to save the limited resources of fuel and to protect the environment.
