Employment in advanced education institutions has typically been seen as relatively relaxed and intensely satisfying. Nevertheless, with the same pace, the rapidly growing global education industry has impacted educational processes in India. The research generally examined the causes of stress and coping mechanisms among the private university faculty members in Himachal Pradesh. The study population included all University faculty members. This work has clearly shown that there was tension among members of the faculty.
