Indian culture has always recognized certain fundamental human rights, being one of the oldest civilizations in the world. Today's normative protection of human rights in India has developed through time, starting with the struggle for independence and developing further. This section discussed the development of the concept of human rights under the Constitution and the nature and content of fundamental rights and the directives on State Policy, the scope of the human rights enshrined in the Indian constitution, the distinction between constitutional recognition of human rights and the International Charter of Human Rights and constitutional wrongness not specific. The main aim of the article is to brief study on fundamental rights under the Indian constitution and international covenant.Downloads
