Abstract

Changes in the social texture of the Indian culture, such as increased educationalopportunities for females and fluctuating aspirations for a higher standard of living, necessitated thatIndian women make adjustments to the way they lived their lives. Entrepreneurs provide an essentialfunction in every economy. This is the population that possesses the abilities and activity necessary tobring outstanding project ideas to market and make the decisions necessary to make the ideaprofitable. They are the people who have the talents and activity necessary. The prospective financialrewards that could be gained by the entrepreneur are the payoff for the risks that they are willing totake. The development of female's entrepreneurialism is an essential component of human resourcemanagement. In comparison to other countries, the rate of female entrepreneurship in India is ratherlow, particularly in more rural areas. Given the state of India's economy at the moment, it is encouragingto see an increase in the number of women starting their own businesses there. It has been recognizedas a significant step forward in the nation's fight against poverty and has garnered a lot of praise fordoing so. There is a list of outstanding business persons and entrepreneurs in India, which includespeople from both the social and economic areas. In point of fact, the term women entrepreneur refersto any woman who organizes and manages any enterprise, typically one that involves a large amount ofwork and risk. The current inquiry has been an attempt to cultivate awareness as well as to appreciatesignificance and the purpose for growing. A comprehensive written survey on the subject of femalebusiness owners in India is carried out.
