The purpose of this research is to use a bio-nanocomposite and microwave-induced diffusiontechnology to increase the drug's solubility and rate of dissolution. All medications that aren't verysoluble in water are chosen to make them more soluble. By transforming the medicine into a bionanocompositeusing the microwave-induced diffusion technique, the solubility is increased. In thisstudy Formulation and Evaluation of BioNanocomposite is done by using MIND Method. TheBioNanocomposite used is Ketoprofen, Ibuprofen and Aceclofenac. The solubility of drug is determinedby taking the known excess amount of Ketoprofen drug into 150 ml of distilled water and kept for 24 hrson magnetic stirrer at room temperature. The identification of Aceclofenac is done by the FT-IRSpectroscopy. The wavelength ranged from 400 to 4000 cm−1 with a resolution of 4 cm−1. To get betteroutcomes with the modified formulation than we did with the commercially available formulation, theresults of this research suggest that using microwave-generated BNC to increase medication solubility, dissolution, and eventually bioavailability might be a viable optionPublished
