Abstract

One of the most significant trends in retail in the last several years has been the growth of mobile devices. The main aim of the study is Utilisation, Awareness and Opinion of Mobile Commerce Services. In Study Design, the entire strategy for doing this research to find out the answers to the research questions and the hypotheses generated, during the early phases, is discussed. Both practitioners and academics are interested in mobile commerce. After the year 2000, research into mobile commerce saw a substantial uptick.
