Abstract

पिछले 68 वर्षों में भारत वर्ष में निर्वाचन तंत्र से अनेक निर्वाचनों का सशक्त आयोजन किया है, किन्तु इस क्रम में प्रक्रिया में अनेक न्यून विकृतियाँ भी परिलक्षित हुई हैं।
