Abstract

Increasing awareness towards retirement planning paves the way to make an attempt to assess the gender preferences towards retirement planning. The present study uses chi-square test to analyze the differences in the opinion towards retirement planning. The study is based on the structured questionnaire in which the questions were asked towards the importance of retirement planning. The sample size of the respondents was happened to be 1144. The analysis found the significant differences on the opinion of males and females towards the investment decisions for retirement planning.
