Abstract

Hybridoma technology is the technology which is used to formthe hybrid cell. In fact, the hybrid cells are generated by fusing theB-lymphocyte with the B cell cancer called tumour cell or myeloma cells.Monoclonal antibodies are generated with specialized cells by using thetechnique called hybridoma technology. The monoclonal antibodies are the onewhich being used to track the cancer antingens and also connected toanti-cancer agents in order to attack the cancer metastases. Apart from these,various applications are using hybridoma technology in order to obtain severalbenefits. This research discusses about the hybridoma technology and also aboutthe applications of hybridoma technology.
