Abstract

Thispaper analyses Zone Routing Protocol (ZRP) that employs location aware routingand incorporates security into itself. It takes into account various aspects ofrouting which overall improves the routing performance. The use of locationinformation limits the search to a desired area and also reduces the number ofrouting packets. The existingrouting protocols are highly vulnerable to the attacks. We have considered thesecurity criteria and discussed the ad hoc routing security in ZRP
