Abstract

Stability of formulations over shelf-life is critical forhaving a quality product. Choice of excipients, manufacturing process, storageconditions, and packaging can either mitigate or enhance the degradation of theactive pharmaceutical ingredient [API], affecting potency and/or stability. Thepurpose was to investigate the influence of processing and formulation factorson stability of levothyroxine [API].
