Cyclocondensationof β-ketoesters, aromatic aldehyde and urea is a key step forsynthesis of 3,4-hydropyrimidin-2-(1H)one.In this work we report a very simple procedure for this conversion by usingreusable, heterogeneous acidic media silica sulphuric acid in solvent freecondition using microwave with high efficiency.Downloads
