Abstract
ZnO nanoparticles, both undoped and doped with transition metals (Mn, Mg, and Cr), weresuccessfully mass-produced using a simple chemical precipitation technique. Doped ZnO nanoparticleswith Mn, Mg, and Cr have already been investigated for their structural, optical, and electrical properties.Recent years have also seen extensive research into nanoscale ferromagnetic NiFe nanoparticles due tothe system's tremendous interest in a variety of applications, including storage devices, catalysis, multilayer capacitors, and medical diagnostics as biosensors. Ni+ vacancies, which are monovalentcations, may be introduced into nanostructured NiO to improve the material's ac conductivity by as muchas six to eight orders of magnitude, which is great for solar cell applications.
