Abstract

When it comes to a country's economic development, the aviation industry is both the fastestgrowingand most important sector. The movement of people and goods, both locally and across longdistances, relies heavily on this factor. The main aim of the study is Critical role in determining effectivestrategies in the airline industry. Data was collected using questionnaires, interviews, and observations,and the research methodologies often include the processes by which the information was analyzed andinterpreted. The purpose of this research was to determine what elements of an airline's service qualityand service marketing mix contributed to customer happiness and loyalty on Indian domestic carriers.
