Abstract

Performance might relate to the efficacy, quality, and efficiency of task-level labour in thecontext of an individual worker. For example, your salesperson may be required to contact a particularnumber of prospective leads every hour, with a certain percentage of those calls ending in closed sales. Aproduction worker, on the other hand, may be obliged to meet certain performance goals for both thequality of the things produced and their hourly output. According to the findings of the study, facultymembers at private educational institutions were more happy with their jobs than those at publicuniversities. There is no significant relationship between organisational culture and the degree of worksatisfaction expressed by employees of Mazandaran Province's physical education office. Academics atprivate schools were more happy with their working circumstances, including pay, supervision, andcareer opportunities, than their colleagues at public universities. Academics in the public sector, on theother hand, were more satisfied with their colleagues' behaviour and the stability of their jobs. The linkbetween work satisfaction and organisational culture is significant and beneficial.
