Abstract

Today's corporate world is abuzz with talk about mergers and acquisitions. Mergers arebecoming more common as a result of globalization. Mergers and acquisitions, as well as other forms ofbusiness restructuring, are affected by economic conditions in every region. As a result, the country'spolitical structure, company culture, and current government policies all have a role. For mergers tooccur, several variables must be favorable. In India, delays in MA transactions can have a significantinfluence on both the timing and the mechanics of the transaction It is the goal of this research todiscover and analyze the driving forces behind IT company mergers and acquisitions, as well as toevaluate the current legal framework controlling these transactions in the country's IT sector.
