Abstract

The airline business has long been stereotyped as a male-dominated, male-centric industry.Women's contributions as workers have gone unnoticed. The main aim of the study is Identification ofsuitable measures to encourage women to pursue career in airline core jobs and strive for their careergrowth. Primary and secondary data were employed to accomplish the goals of the research. Overall,women in the airline industry experience more dependence on others and a lack of assistance toperform night hours.
