The Indiancompanies unleashed from license permit raj have taken the shot in arm withgusto and have embarked on expansion programmes scouring  opportunities in what earlier were  zones of no go because of socialistic agendaof Govt of yester years. This article study’s the phenomenal change in historiccontext from 1991 onwards, especially to Europe and the impetus for it.
