Abstract

Total Quality Management (TQM) is increasinglylambasted by management gurus and the business media for a lackluster impact onthe bottom line. The question of whether the adoption of TQM improvesemployee’s performance has been discussed for several years. However, mostresearch has examined large organizations, and it has been recognized that TQMstudies on small and medium enterprises (SMEs) is limited.  This paper presents a study of the impact oftotal quantity management on employee’s performance.
