Erp Implementation In India: an Empirical Study: Examining Factors Influencing ERP Implementation Success in India

Abstract

In India, majority ofcompanies have had nothing but disaster with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)implementation projects. In this study, by means of a case study we examine thegeneric and unique factors that affect ERP implementation success inIndia.  We believe that the comprehensionof these factors will deepen the understanding of ERP implementations and willhelp avoid implementation mistakes, thereby increasing the rate of success.
