Abstract

Employees' contributions and feedback on the HR department's performance are assessed here.Their expertise is expanding thanks to the assessment method, as well as other important conclusionsand recommendations drawn from the research. In a very short amount of time, the company's rules arewell-known among its staff, and the company's reputation among its workers improves. It isrecommended that the organisation use innovative procedures to ensure that workers get qualityservices in a timely manner. To that end, the research focuses primarily on the effectiveness andefficiency with which executives evaluate employee performance.
