Abstract
Web-based learning programs have shown to be interesting and interactive environment forlearners which are practically distinct from traditional classroom practices. Although the use of webbasedlearning has since been practiced in most institutions globally, there is a need to assess students'learning experiences using web-based learning systems. Technological change, which not only permitsnew activities but makes those new activities superior in many important ways over the previous methodof operation, creates long lasting innovations in society.
