A Study on GID Study of DMV-CS Monolayer
Exploring the behavior of DMV-CS monolayer under pressure
Keywords:
GID Study, DMV-CS Monolayer, monolayer arrangement, Grazing Incidence Diffraction, liquid surface, isotherm investigations, Brewster Angle Microscopy, X-Ray Reflectivity, Pressure-dependent In-situ GID experiments, ionic radicals, head-head ordering, DMV and CS molecules, linear chain, SAM, tails, hexagonal latticeAbstract
The monolayer arrangement is explored with tools including Grazing Incidence Diffraction (GID)from the liquid surface, isotherm investigations, Brewster Angle Microscopy (BAM), and X-Ray Reflectivity(XRR), Pressure-dependent In-situ GID experiments showed that 15mNm, the ionic radicals of the CS beginto distort the head-head ordering, causing the DMV and CS molecules to slide out of their orderedposition in the linear chain of the SAM, and 20mNm, the tails begin to align in a hexagonal lattice.Downloads
