This study is dedicated to the analysis of factors influencing the effective management ofresources in construction projects. Having the right and accurate resources in the right place at the righttime is of paramount importance to the efficient execution of construction projects. This study is beingconducted to fill the void caused by improper distribution of resource management in construction sites.Resource management saves more than 70 of the cost of a project, and if not managed in a timelymanner, it can affect the overall cost of a project. This study presents a study of various SMEs or projectsin Pune Maharashtra. Factors affecting resource management were established by studying theaccumulated data. Organizations are encouraged to incorporate resource management into firm policies toaddress some bottlenecks encountered during implementationDownloads
