Abstract

With the invention of Information and Communication Technology (ICT),libraries now use various types of technologies to aid the services theyrender. Everyday new technological advances affect the way information ishandled in libraries and information centers. This paper describes theInformation and Communication Technology (ICT) adopted by the UniversityLibrary of G.B. Pant University of Agriculture and Technology, Pant agar andalso discusses and explains the various services such as Online Public AccessCatalogue (OPAC), Internet, library automation, library management software,webpage etc. which are using in the university library’s.
