Abstract
A mathematical model is an exclusion law. A mathematicalmodel expresses the opinion that some things can happen, are possible, while otherscannot, are declared impossible. The problem of regulation is to designmechanisms that keep convinced to be forbidden variables at stable valuesagainst outside fighting that act on the plant that is being regulated, orchanges in its properties.
