Abstract
Crystallization is the procedure of creation ofsolid crystals triggering from a solution, melt ormore rarely deposited directly from a gas. Crystallization isalso a chemical solid–liquid division technique, in which transmission of asolute from the fluid solution to a clean solid crystalline stage occurs. In chemical engineering crystallizationoccurs in a crystallizer. Crystallization is therefore a feature of triggering, obtained through a discrepancyof the solubility environmentof the solute inthe solvent,as compared to precipitation due to chemical reaction.
