Abstract

Post-synthesispurification and concentration of purified peptides is often the most difficultpart of the Purification procedure. In this study we describe the purificationof synthetic peptides (Temporin A and calcitermin) by Reverse phase HPLC andremoved aqueous buffer by Novel fraction minimizing technique before Freezedrying. Our results indicate that Reverse phase HPLC followed by fractionminimizing technique is a rapid, inexpensive, and relatively efficient method forpost-synthetic purification of synthetic peptides.
