Face Recognition System for Attendance: Utilizing Face Recognition to Automate Attendance Tracking

Abstract

This idea is to develop a face recognition system for user’s attendance using Principal Component Analysis (PCA algorithm). When the user comes in front of camera, the system captures user’s image. The captured image is searched and compared in the database for attendance, if the image is matched then this system marks the user is present else absent.
