Abstract

Digital rights management (DRM) is an important and inseparable feature of electronic resources and an increasingly important facet of collection development and library services. The present paper manifest the various types of DRM and how their functions is an essential element of modern librarians’ toolkits, regardless of their role in their organizations. The author try to explain the DRM is a systematic approach to copyright protection for digital goods. Its purpose to prevent unauthorized redistribution of products and restrict the ways consumers can copy content they've acquired.
