Abstract

A detailed project report is created when the planning and designing phases of a project arecompleted. A detailed project report is a comprehensive and detailed summary of a project that includescritical information such as resources and tasks that must be completed to ensure the project's success.It is also known as the project's final plan, after which the implementation and operational phase canbegin. The roles and responsibilities are underlined in this comprehensive project report, as well as thesafety steps to take if an issue emerges while carrying out the plan.
