Abstract
The potential applications of nano ferrites, particularly spinel ferrites, have sparked increasedattention in the field of technology. It is possible for the characteristics of nanoferrite to be altered ifdivalent, trivalent, or tetravalent impurities are incorporated into the spinel lattice. Studying basic materialcharacteristics may lead to new theories and concepts. Doping nano ferrites helps improve theirperformance and expand their applications. Nano ferrite samples were examined by ―X-ray diffraction, FTIRspectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, atomic force microscopy, energy dispersive x-ray spectroscopy, and wavelength dispersive x-ray fluorescence spectroscopy‖. Rareearth-doped nickel ferrite showed normal dielectric behaviour and reduced dielectric loss. Doped ferritesare suited for high-frequency applications due to increased resistivity and lower dielectric loss.
