Abstract

The purpose of this work is to broaden research into the relationships between emotional understanding and several subjective wellness indicators for young people, such as stress and social fear. Diversities of depression and social anxiety are also measured according to the emotional intelligence rating. The findings show a positive correlation between emotional intelligence and psychological well-being. Similarly, it is reported that there is a negative association between emotional intelligence and depression and cognitive awareness and social anxiety. These findings align with other related teenage research.
