Abstract
Physical process refers to the learning and practice of a skill if one is to succeed in sports and competition. Handball is a team game wherein a group of players having excellent physical fitness, mastery over the skills and tactical capabilities together with high order of mental functioning collectively strive to outsmart their rivals in a competition. It is a game that requires nerves of steel to tolerate the critical competition load Even when individuals have no interest in sport, the influence from relatives and friends can be significant, to the point where sport is included in their lives, sometimes only for the duration of a tournament.
