Stress has an adverse effect one‘s health, workperformance, social life and even the relationship with family members. Thestress, factors leading to it and consequences of stress are to be understoodat individual and organizational level. Stress has emerged as a major issue for the businesses and hasreached alarming proportions due to its negative impacts. Organizations mustdevelop stress prevention as well as stress reduction techniques.
